Our serviced offices are transparent with charges, meaning you won’t have any surprises along the way! Signing up can take just one working day with simple, fixed term licences offered on a minimum term of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months.
Our friendly on-site team consists of a maintenance manager, cleaner, reception staff and centre manager. They can be found at the office during working hours if you have any questions
throughout the day.

Thorpe Park is one of the region’s leading business parks, situated with easy access to Leeds City Centre. Century Offices is located in an excellent location on the park and is close to the amenities at The Springs. These include Next, Costa Coffee, M&S Food, Francos Italian, Greggs, Krispy Kreme, Nandos and more. A full list of retailers can be viewed on The Springs website.
Access
The park adjoins J46 on the M1 providing excellent road links. There is a bus stop directly outside Century Offices into Leeds City centre and also to Cross Gates and Garforth stations.

The Building Overview
Century Offices offers a personal service, along with high spec & modern serviced offices to rent in Leeds Thorpe Park, a premium regional hub. Offices within this 22,000 sq. ft building range from 113 sq. ft (1 person) to
2,500 sq. ft (40 person). Other services include a spacious meeting room facility & virtual offices.
We are happy to provide furnished or un-furnished offices.

Serviced offices offers a more inclusive package. Let us take care of the day to day running of the building so that you can concentrate on your work. A serviced office licence tends to be at a maximum of 12 months due to utility bills etc. increasing in price year on year.
With serviced offices, you have the flexibility to upsize or downsize within the building. You also have more of a community feel in a serviced office building with many different companies situated in the building. This can be a positive for both working & social relationships.
A lease tends to be a longer term agreement where you are essentially left to your own devices. Any day to day runnings of the building would be at your own expense. Price wise, it can work out more expensive or cheaper, but it is far more labour intensive.
This is not a service that we offer.
Serviced office space and virtual offices is what we provide.
All of our offices are furnished.
If you wish to use your own furniture to put your own personal touch on your office then that is no problem at all! We can provide the office unfurnished.
Century Offices requires a copy of a passport & drivers licence (ID).
From this, a licence will be drawn up which will need to be signed by both the customer and operator.
This can take just one working day!
Once we receive a copy of ID, signed licence, deposit payment (one months rental) and the first months rental payment….. you are good to go

Access for clients is 24/7. A safe & secure FOB system allows for this to be possible.
We have a full time cleaner on site. They clean all communal areas and will empty your office bins on a daily basis. Additional office cleaning is available (price on request) for a minimum of 30 mins per week.

We have a full time maintenance manager who is on site to tend to any issues that may arise. They can also assist with any additional services you may require (price on request).
We love when clients put their own touch on their office! Most of Century Offices spaces are painted white to allow clients to express themselves within their space. You can brand the office how you would like, but we do ask that it is returned to it’s original state upon exit.
At Century Offices, we always recommend a minimum of 65 sq. ft. per person
